About
Vicky is a folk singer/ story teller from Warrington in the North West of England.
She plays guitar and sings often acapella to a foot stomp in pubs and occasionally into peoples ears. Most at home singing in pubs has been known to perform at Glastonbury and open mic night around the world including Cambodia, Spain, Australia, Newzealand, and America. She began singing and writing songs from an early age and in her late teens began writing and singing for bands in Warrington.
She is a free spirit who travels the world sharing her music but also grafting as an apple picker, factory worker, nanny, fundraiser, shop assistant and in offices along the way. She loves people and is compelled to sing about experiences lived. Vicky loves country music following in the shoes of her Irish and English grandparents with a handed down love of music in general but Patsy Cline from Sally Brown (her mums mum) Vicky introduces you to listen and enjoy and turn it up to a bottle a beer or glass of wine! If I could tell you anymore I would :)
